What you'll do

For our Truffle Making Experience we do a workshop style class broken down into smaller group stations. Participants learn about the process of making homemade truffles. They receive an overview of ganache making and tempering chocolate at home -- and then they themselves get to make their own 4 truffle box to take home with them -- they will cut and hand roll their truffles (ganache is prepared the day before as it needs to set overnight), dip into tempered chocolate and roll into various toppings to customize their flavors. We can customize the toppings options for this experience as well as truffle ganache flavor (for instance our port wine truffles are super popular). Participants will take home their truffle box as well as a recipe and tempering guide card.

Occasions this event works well for

A great experience for team-building outings or for groups of friends. Let us know if you want to host this experience at your office or if you need to rent a venue. Similarly, we can add some wine and music for a more festive atmosphere.

How do I book an experience?

To book, simply click on the 'Reserve' button on the event page and follow the instructions. We will follow up with a quick email:
- to confirm your request and answer any questions you may have;
- to see if you need to customize anything (for example, you can add catering, drinks, venue, or lodging);
- to share a secure payment link.
You event will be booked once we receive the payment.

Can I customize my event?

Yes, you are welcome to customize your event. All of our events are mix-and-match. For example, if you want to host a candle-making event at your office instead of a studio downtown, you can! If you want to add catering, we can help. Just drop us a note when you book, and we'll arrange it for you!

Can I rely on Spaciously vendors to make my event a success?

Yes, we work only with highly reliable vendors. Every single one of our vendors is a small business owner. We either saw them in action or received a recommendation from one of our clients. Small business owners spend years mastering their skills and put great care into planning your experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept ACH transfers. You can securely enter your payment details by following the invoice/payment link in the confirmation email.

If your business needs to run team events regularly, we are happy to send invoices to your accounting software.

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

Cancel seven calendar days before your event time and get a full refund. All other cancelations are not refundable. However, if the experience provider agrees to it, you can receive a voucher to run the same experience on another date. For cancellations, please contact hello@spaciously.io
