How do I book a team building experience?

To book, click the 'Book' button on the event page, fill out your information, and pay. You're done!
We will follow up with a quick email:
- to confirm your request and answer any questions you may have;
- to see if you need to customize anything (for example, you can add restaurants, drinks, venue, or lodging).

Can I customize my team-building experience?

Yes, you are welcome to customize your experience! All of our events are mix-and-match. For example, if you want to host a candle-making event at your office instead of a studio downtown, you can! If you want to add catering, we can help. Just leave us a note when you book, and we'll arrange it.

Can I rely on Spaciously hosts to make my team building event a success?

Yes, we work only with highly reliable hosts. Every single one of our hosts is a small business owner. We either saw them in action or received a recommendation from another client. Small business owners spend years mastering their skills. They put great care into planning your experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept ACH transfers. You can securely enter your payment details by following the payment process on our website.

If you need to run team building or wellness events regularly, we are happy to send invoices to your accounting software.

Can I cancel my team building booking and get a refund?

Cancel seven calendar days before your event and get a full refund. All other cancelations are not refundable. However, if the experience host agrees, you can receive a voucher for the same experience on another date. For cancellations, please contact hello@spaciously.io
