Starting the new year and managing autonomy

The fourth edition of Bridge Builder, our weekly newsletter for people professionals, covers flexibility and autonomy.

As the new year starts, I'm reminded that supporting the people around me is much easier when I feel supported and charged.

Over the holidays, I listened to the Body Electric podcast series by NPR. They partnered with Columbia University to study how movement affects how we feel throughout the day. And it turns out that one great way to feel charged is to move every 30 minutes.
