We provide all the essential materials, including the Wardian cases, live tropical plants, nutrient-rich soil, decorative elements, and expert guidance to craft your unique terrarium. No prior gardening experience is required.
Wardian cases, also known as indoor gardens in glass containers, allow you to cultivate a vibrant microcosm of nature with minimal upkeep. They're perfect for busy urban dwellers and plant enthusiasts alike.
To enhance your creative experience, we offer a variety of beverages, including alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks based on your preferences, all included in the workshop price. Sip on your beverage of choice and enjoy delicious snacks while you bring your terrarium to life.
Our standard venue is included in the workshop price. However, if you would like to host the event at another location of your choice, we offer flexibility for an additional fee. Select from a range of venues across NYC, tailored to your group size and preferences, whether you prefer a cozy studio or an outdoor garden space.
If you'd rather stay at your office, worry not! We offer an on-site service with no additional cost. Our team will bring the workshop experience to your workplace, making it a seamless and hassle-free team-building activity.

You event will be booked once we receive the payment.
Yes, you are welcome to customize your event. All of our events are mix-and-match. For example, if you want to host a candle-making event at your office instead of a studio downtown, you can! If you want to add catering, we can help. Just drop us a note when you book, and we'll arrange it for you!
Yes, we work only with highly reliable vendors. Every single one of our vendors is a small business owner. We either saw them in action or received a recommendation from one of our clients. Small business owners spend years mastering their skills and put great care into planning your experience.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept ACH transfers. You can securely enter your payment details by following the invoice/payment link in the confirmation email.
If your business needs to run team events regularly, we are happy to send invoices to your accounting software.
Cancel seven calendar days before your event time and get a full refund. All other cancelations are not refundable. However, if the experience provider agrees to it, you can receive a voucher to run the same experience on another date. For cancellations, please contact hello@spaciously.io
