What you'll do

Join Michelle Minori, the finalist of Top Chef, and transform your place into a pasta workshop! Your group will team up to create authentic pasta from the ground up. Whether it's for team-building or a private party, this hands-on experience guarantees fun and tasty results. We supply all the ingredients; your group brings the energy.

What to expect

- You will make pasta and take it home to cook.
- Your group will mix their dough and shape 3 types of pasta.
- They will put the pasta in a to-go box.
- They will also get a little jar of sauce and a leaflet with simple cooking instructions.
- This is when the class will end. Everyone will take their pasta to enjoy at home and share with their loved ones.

What you need to have

- Hand sink
- Table space for rolling the pasta for the guests and the instructor: ideally, 8'L X 30" W X 36"H high
- Wooden cutting boards, if available, for shaping the pasta. We can shape pasta on a thoroughly cleaned table if you don't have boards.
- Small mixing bowls to mix dough by hand (1 per person or 1 per two people)
- Forks for mixing (1 per person)
- Butter knives with serrated teeth (1 per person)
- Soap buckets or soapy water and sponges for cleaning

Occasions this event works well for

This is a great introduction to cooking and healthy eating. Organizing a team activity? Nothing makes a team bond better than a job well done and a shared meal.
